Holism is the idea that the whole is greater than the sum of parts. When we are balanced, Mind, Body and Spirit we can live optimally and we can heal optimally.
My hope to is to help my fellow tap into their truest and most optimal self to live fully. I aspire to help guide you into your personal power to attain your dreams and goals.
I specialize in bodywork/bodyways; yoga, breath work and meditation.
Why is bodywork so important? Movement is fundamental for all lifeforms. When we attain mobility, we can thrive in other areas of our lives. The breath and meditation are additional tools to help reduce the stresses and anxiety of everyday life.
